What do I need to do to place an order?
Before placing any order with us you must first be registered. To register you have to click on Create an account located at the top right of the screen.
Fill up the form, paying special attention to the boxes with red asterisks, which are required fields. Once completed click Continue
Suppose I do not want to register?
While registering makes it easier to submit orders it is not the only way to place orders. You can call us with your order, please have item codes and descriptions ready to place the order. You will still need a valid e-mail address when placing the order.
Where do I find the item code?
Under the name of the product you will find the Item Code in brackets.
Now that I am registered, what do I do?
Simply begin browsing, once registered place items you wish to purchase in your cart by clicking Buy and once complete click Checkout and follow the steps to complete your order. At any point you can view your cart at the top right hand side of the webpage.
I have submitted my order, now what?
Once an order is submitted you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order total and pickup location once the order is pulled and ready. If you do not receive an e-mail within 24 hours, we have not received your order.
Can I pay for my order online?
At this time Deal Depot Ltd. does not accept online payments. Payments will be made in the form of cash at the time of collection.
Is G.C.T. included in the prices listed?
No, G.C.T. is not included in the listed prices and will be added to your bill once the order is submitted.
